A note from Paolo Cantele:
The tour made three stops: New York, Boston, and Scottsdale.
My family and I have been really happy with the U.S. sales of our Salice Salentino Riserva 2009. My impression is that what’s happening in the U.S. is similar to what’s happening in many European markets: wine lovers are looking to maximize the price-quality ratio in the wines that they buy and our Salice is a great value.
But I’ve also seen that higher-priced wines are also doing well, like our Amativo, one of our top sellers in the North American market.
This year’s tour marked Vias’ 30th anniversary.
Congratulations and heartfelt thanks to everyone at the Vias team. And thanks to all our friends in the U.S. for making it such a great trip for me!
