Here are a few scenes from a recent cooking class and tasting at iSensi hosted by one of the hottest up-and-coming chef in Puglia and Salento today, Mino Rosato of L’Orecchietta (in the township of Guagnano, not far from the Cantele winery in Lecce province).

iSensi is the Cantele winery’s in-house tasting laboratory, cooking school, and event space, including a chic modern kitchen, private dining room, and private terrace over looking Salento’s endless olive groves and vineyards from atop the Cantele cellar and winemaking facility.
