Erickson included the Salice Salentino in his wine column, published this week, in an article devoted to “Navigating a Wine List Like a Pro.”
“This Tre Bicchieri 3-Glass Award winner,” he adds, “is available by the glass or bottle at my favorite San Diego Neapolitan pizzeria, Caffè Calabria,” just up the street from his restaurant, where Cantele wines are also poured.
